ya tbh you should selectively place the powder so that you don't remove the natural glow u get, and then vaguely dust the rest on your non-oily areas. your powder probably has more coverage in it so its more obviously matte than usual
my next question was gonna be what setting spray do u use lol nice. I have Amazonian clay whatever from tarte and I like it enough but it turns out matte??? It doesn't feel or look cakey but idk, coupled with MUFE HD foundation the texture just isn't what I want
