Greetings EpicMafia community,

I am MeetTerry. I realized that I need to start improving myself. So, I will make this an official goal page for me, that way you NEETS can witness my self-transformation and improvement.


Current Goals:

[ ] Going to sleep at 11PM - 12AM every night.

[ ] Wake up at 9 AM every day.

[ ] Improve quality and aesthetics of bait threads.

[ ] Find more kids to tutor so I can make $40-50/hr ez

[ ] Write more scholarship essays so I get ez $$$

[ ] Complete at least half of this LSAT Prep book I bought some time ago by the end of July.


Please recommend some good goals I should have.

7/8/2016 - I am unable to go to sleep early tonight. I had a nice coffee pretty late at night (after not having it in over a year). Will go to sleep tomorrow early and wake up early at 9.

OK so here's some general fitness tips that helped me lose weight, I've struggled with a weight problem my whole life. Always going for seconds, low self control, eating crap. At my biggest I was pushing 200 lbs at 5'5. I've since grown to 5'7, which helps, but i've dropped to 150 in 2 years.

1) Cut out sugary drinks. Soda, juice, anything. Water and milk are your friends. Sodas are empty calories. Packed with way more sugar than you need, and actually dehydrate you. Energy drinks are worse. Packed with sugar. Cut out red bull, mountain dew. Drink black coffee, no cream no sugar.

2) Cut out snacks. Junk food is empty calories, so is fast food. I'm not saying go vegan or eat completely healthy, cuz im not. But i dont eat chips or candy. I save it for special occasions. Eat some veggies or fruit instead. I try to eat apples or grapes or blueberries.

3) Count calories/ portion control. If you're eating more then you're burning off, you're going to gain weight. Eat less then you're burning off, and you'll lose it. Eat the same, you'll maintain.

4) Try to be active. I lived on the 5th floor of an 18 story building, so I decided to take the stairs. I took the stairs everyday, and walked to my classes everyday. Helped me. Walking for 30 mins helps, biking, playing pick up sports with your friends. Go to the gym if you're feeling motivated. Pokemon Go can make walking fun!

I'm not perfect. I have more weight I want to lose. But these things helped me lose the weight I did. I became more confident in myself, I'm not ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach or pool.

It sucks at first. It's a lifestyle change, not something you do for a week and get instantly healthier. Weight goes on easier than it comes off. I'm a PM away if anyone wants to talk.

If you get enough sleep you'll be fine. The first couple days will suck. You won't wanna do it anymore. But if you push through it it gets easier. Start with a run maybe, or do a basic 5x5 workout at the gym. A 5x5 workout helps you lose weight and builds muscles.
