I think we need a good discussion on black subculture.
Black subculture is something somewhat exclusive to the United States. The UK, Germany, France, and others do not have black subcultures that reinforce negative stereotypes about black people.
A study had compared black people who grew up in Germany and in the US. Since Germany has no trace of a black culture, children that grew up there had ended up being very productive people. Those that grew up with negative black subculture ended up becoming problematic members.
Personally, I think we need to stop black subculture. It's toxic and supports criminal activity, evident in the incarceration rates.
sorry, I'm not English and the sentences in my language are more complex than in the English language so that may be why you're having trouble understanding them (although I still don't really know where you see the run on sentences).

Also before I wander off this thread and never return I'd like to commend on what Asian (*cough cough* Chinese *cough cough*) communities are doing. Yes, they may be very insular and not willing to integrate into the American™ society (which one of you may deem a bad thing; I personally don't), but there's no denial they're very tight-knit, help each other a lot and thus produce a lot of people who actually are able to get into a higher social class. Their parenting model helps too.
P.S. Asian Americans have the lowest crime rates as compared to other races. Now unless you think people of different races have different sorts of giftedness for certain skills (which would deem you racist), I don't and thus think that these black communities are potent to do just as well as Asian communities do. Why they don't - well, that is a question I cannot answer, however I am sure the answer is not in favor of black people.

Whites and Asians love black fashion, black music and black subculture. They just hate black people.
If black people cannot integrate fully into a society because people there are racist (and thus exclude black people from their circles), then yes, such communities will form.
However, I do not think there is much one can do. Only by building a new society, one where people from the very moment they are born have no information about racism or differences between different races, a society where anyone can wear any hairstyle and telling someone you wish your skin color was that color the same way people may say they wish their eyes were a certain color, can we completely eradicate racism. Sadly I do not see such society forming either naturally or forcedly, as long as black people have an 'us vs them' attitude and still feel any sentiment toward their hairstyle heritage (despite not speaking any African language for more than 2, 3 hundred years) and white people keep thinking blacks are inferior.
Perhaps our attention should instead be focused on the marginalization and discrimination that blacks face. After all, your culture is mainly decided by the collective environment in which you're in, so even if we accept your premise that black subculture is bad, it'd make more sense to first tackle the root of the problem.
Dude racism is much worse in europe. Like way worse. Ever hear of the romani? Or Northern african immigrants? Gypsies? People hate them bro. I was in Italy and they literally rob people and scam people and beg people for money all day, it's like flooded with gypsy gangs.
Also Europeans just don't like black ppl, it's really clear
