Stop abusing the Pause Round key

The feature is there to be used sparingly, so why is it that every single round seems to be paused these days?

We have the role moderators now, so things should have gotten better--they can investigate during the round and prepare pastebins for the mods. So, why is every round still being paused? You have more than enough hands on deck.

I personally think that rounds should only be paused if there is a standing pastebin and someone has been given 24 hours to respond. Other than that, it should be used very rarely.

Rounds should be paused:

Only if there is already a standing pastebin

Whenever mods darn well choose

Whenever mods suspect someone cheated

Never

If the evidence isn't there, you can't just go ahead and suspend them anyway.

also my evidence was that abc and nevermaf threw on multiple accounts against literally every runner except nighthawk that was in the top 7-10, and had been a previous cheater in the past.

nighthawk also disappeared from the site shortly after the trophy, which i am bringing because of hindsight bias; since there was no way i could've used this as evidence back then as it hadn't even happened. in fact that would've been a paradox
