Yeah this is what we need tbh. I would not want to mod, because I would do this too and it would create drama with the existing people for sure.

1/2 the mods at times cheat or enable cheating of friends.

This goes back to the fact that you need older mods I think. Pony was not 18, but she actually is more mature than most of you. I am sorry but many 18year olds are little kids in maturity level. Just because the site has a lot of younger kids, does not mean that this needs to be reflected in the mod team. The goal of the mod team is to keep some sort of order to this site. They should be kind of like the older siblings/parents of the site.

I heard they didn't want Pony because they don't need her and there are like 3 people before her for moderators.

I have said this before, but it might be best to try to recruit a little older people to mod. In general, older people are more mature and will tend to stay out of the drama more and may be more willing to like correct their mistakes. Like I now have no issue confessing my mistakes, and I would resist the pressure of like trying to help out friends. Age should not be a deciding factor though, as pony is very young and still has the maturity for all of this.

Mod him for a trial now!!!!! See how he preforms. I mean can he really be much worse that people like charley, expose, and whitepimp? He might not report as much, if he had to process reports too :)

and zero I understand. they all laugh at me too, and I would be a decent mod if I had the time. I have lots of leadership experience, and the morals to do the right thing even if it might not be cool

Give people like xero a chance if they want it. If you mod people out of your circle jerk, then it might appear to be less of the circle jerk that you have now!

Is this still about the user calling you a GT alt townyyy? Give it a rest. Mods have to be consistent on a case by case basis and that isn't always an easy thing. Everyone makes mistakes. Mods are under the microscope with every action they do. Some moderators (Like myself) are new to the team and are not as consistent as they can be. If you really think we all just jerk each other off and do everything for our own benefit, you're mistaken.

This is not even really about the current situation. I tbh was thinking about the time a few months ago that I got a gt vio and was banned for a day and the mods accepted the appeal and none of them had no idea what happened in the game. Edark completely overturned it even though many mods did not want it because they hate me. I was ranked around 5th in round the day but I got eliminated from it because I was banned and could not play the hearts. I did not even get a single apology after the whole ordeal. There are many situations like this. I remember another instance when I appealed a report for lilgreen when it was evident they did not read the game, and they refused to re-consider it when he appealed. My current situation is becoming another example tbh. It was clear that white even had no clue what I wanted from the report...
