Too bad you're incapable of taking trolls and gamethrowers in your game and simply learning from your mistakes and moving on to the next game.

The reason the game doesn't get refunded is because nobody reports them to begin with, not because it doesn't get refunded.

I, too, think it is entirely fair for town to play with what is in essence a mislynch down from the getgo.

Unrelated note: I claimed doctor because I was dying N2 100% anyway (I was pretty obviously doctor+the cop outed the inno on me at the start+everyone else but me was lynchable) and going ahead and doing so allowed me to lynch someone who might have been mafia over my top townread.
