Stickied messages for setups

Would be great to see this implemented. Pregame server message for a setup. Maybe player-submitted and upvoted for setups by less active users. Maybe in a frame that stays at the top of the chat until closed, regardless of scrolling.

It's frustrating when a game you just waited 20 minutes to play is ruined because a player unfamiliar with a role or strategy made a critical mistake on the first day or night.

Yeah! More informal "strats" covering basics/(un...)common sense. At first I thought about just using them, but I doubt typical new players give much thought to the strat button's existence. I also thought about sticking an expandable strat to the top of the chat, but I feel like these sorts of messages might not fit in with real strategies or full descriptions, and an alert box seems like a more intuitive contextual fit.
