I agree with this thread, but that might be because every STBS game ive played so far ends up with me losing because theres always one guy who's dumb as sh!t and ruins the whole thing by trying to rs with templars, or the templars out for no reason, or everyone wants a speedgame for god knows why.
Some of the other setups are actually good if you guys give them a try, that's not a excuse. anyone who plays just STBS is clearly point farming

I don't see why unranked games can't be moved into sandbox. The sandbox people would do their thing and the main lobby unranked people would do their thing.
It makes a hell of a lot more sense for the two unranked communities to share a lobby and the two ranked communities to share a lobby than it does for both ranked communities and one unranked community to share a lobby while the mostly dead sandbox community has a largely empty lobby to themselves.
All of these things would not be problems in the first place, if only someone could get unranked games removed from main lobby. Then, anyone could fill whatever setup they wanted to fill.
I've been thinking about it, and I really can't move unranked games to Sandbox as your solution. The only way it can be resolved is to give people a better incentive to play competitive. The only other option would be for lucid to actually code a way to split the lobby into ranked/unranked, but to make it more obvious.
Point farm. Easy to play. Made for dumb people. Overplayed. Unenjoyable. Games fill too fast.
What most other people see:
Fun setup. Interesting scumhunt. Best setup of the ones picked this round. Enjoyable.
What xxerox sees:
Better than SBTS
What most other people see:
Awful waste of space in the round.

People play stbs because the other setups are complete garbage. Stbs also seems to be more difficult or skill based to win consistently than other setups. You are ignorant.

What xxerox sees:
A setup which is starved of play time. Interesting scumhunt. Needs to be played just because it was picked and is not STBS. Made for clever people. Only flaw is the fact that it doesn't fill fast enough. Enjoyable. Probably the best setup of all time.

Hosts game for STBS

I can Gaurantee you if non garbage setups are picked stbs will be played almost non existsantly, as round 419 shows.

I would honestly be more inclined to just remove a setup which has had 2 plays entirely, and put a different one in its place. It would offer more variance going into the latter stage of the round, and ensure that more setups are seeing the light of day.

If a setup is not played it is because everyone is playing the top setup only. Changing the unplayed setup, won't change how people play the other setups. Nothing will change.
No, it's because the setup is inherently bad, unappealing or impractical.
Lol, no, its because it is not a pointfarm, its hard, and people prefer to play easy setup rather than inteligent one.
