Yes, because then people would make a topic every time they die N1 and win complaining that you should get points if you do die N1, unless you mean that you only don't lose if you die n1 but you can still win if you die n1, in which case that's really really unfair.

People would be able to troll other players by killing them N1 every game, perpetually forcing them to keep playing game after game never being able to win or lose any of them because they keep dying. Besides, even if you didn't directly influence the game, you dying N1 still influences the game for all the other players alive, so it should still count. Plus if you're trophy running , then there might be a scenario where you have way more hearts than anyone else because you keep dying N1 and can't spend any of your hearts.
