Question about making an anon deck

I would like to create my own anon deck. I know it costs 20 tokens, so I don't want to pay for it unless I know I can play ranked with it. If I just made a new anon deck for classic would I be able to do hearts games with it?

you would have to play whatever setups you create with the deck unranked at first until you get enough upvotes (20?) to play it ranked, but yeah, you can create and play ranked setups with decks you make
