friend's tummy hurts

hi, can you help my friend out? he ate a lot of taco bell and i guess his stomach hurts a lot. he says he lost color in his vision and that all he can do is breathe quickly and rock back and forth

i've had things like this happen to me and the hospitals just put you on all liquids (unless that makes it worse too) and you wait it out. not to be an armchair doctor because who knows if the situations are similar but good place to start is drinking and sticking to soft foods the next day.

i don't think he has general digestive issues, it's just that this happens whenever he eats a lot

if I'm not sitting cross legged the pain becomes much worse
