It is Endgame.

The mafia has won!

I've consolidated the old jumbled OP into one pastebin:

TL;DR on significant alterations is as follows:

72 hour days, 24 hour nights.
Role ability and factional kill can't be done in the same night.
ISP will be dealt with by a formal system now.
There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.

makes more sense now. I wasn't sure if you were saying mafia couldn't kill if ANYONE used a role power or if some mafia used their role powers while others killed.

Yes, this is a thing. For example; if you're a mafia roleblocker, you can either roleblock or perform your faction's kill each night.

Also implied from that though I guess I wasn't explicit; there isn't such thing as "leading" the kill. One member of the mafia makes the kill. The others do other stuff, or visit no one.
