no, if you cheated you are banned from comp for 6 months pretty sure. When i cheated and ban evaded I was banned for 15 months

the round was seriously reset? i mean 3 cheaters is a lot but are trophies that important that you couldn't just give the next 3 people who put in time and effort the trophies? seems a shame to me frankly
