The Hidden Veto may not be used at final 6 if that situation may occur. The Hidden Veto holder would not be allowed to use it since there would be no re-nomination options remaining.
I would like to mention something about the Hidden Veto, and that the last day that it can ever be used should be F7 (I thought that people knew that the last day any items may be used is F7). Here's why. Assume the final 6 are players A, B, C, D, E, F. Assume A wins HoH. Assume he nominates B and C. Then D wins the normal PoV and takes B off the block. Then E gets put up on the block. Let's say F was holding the Hidden PoV and takes one of B and E off the block. Then what happens?
