I'm latinamerican and I'm privileged. Oh... and my teeth are white and straight. Life is good.

I used to have to enter my school through a different entrance to avoid getting harassed about my tics. Privilege is more than just race, class, gender and sexuality. That said, I'm incredibly privileged, much more than most.
Sorry to hear that bud. I think the idea of white privilege is that you have the opportunity to go to school and college and have a rich family, while minorities don't get those opportunities and their worse case scenario is more than just bullying. So while bullying sucks, it's better than living poor, not going to college, having no job offers, and having your life not be valued.
I don't fully agree with the idea since it is extremely generalizing. All people have varying degrees of "privilege". I am the youngest of 6 and have been lower middle class all 21 years of my life. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I have lived a life of privilege, my parents had/have to work through cancer and fibromyalgia to support themselves and the family. So clearly just from our two stories we see that not all white people have some easy glorious life without our own issues. Eminem is a celebrity example going against the idea.
I may look like a white male on the outside but I really am a trans-african lesbian and it would be very racist, transphobic, and homophobic for you to say otherwise.

I hate saying that I'm privileged because I used to get bullied so hard back in school and college. I was as clueless as they get and was a really easy target for bullies because I got upset easily. Yeah my parents are rich, I'm white, and I went to a high class college. How does that make up for the years of pain that I went through?
I complain too much, this thread was a joke and I took it seriously.
