This says nothing about whether or not he is innocent.
The fact that the deposition can or cannot be used in court does not change the probability something in the past happened, only the probability of a verdict.
well we were in the same country but an 8 hour+ train journey away made it pretty much the same. we worked out; moved in together (yes it's easier because same country but i'd say even in different countries we'd have managed) and things are pretty great
correct, a prosecutor asks misleading questions in a deposition for a civil suit, says the misleading questions will never be public record, only 10 years later to have a biased judge reveal the deposition that a prosecutor said could never be used aginst him outside of that case that was settled.
