unfortunately i can't find that one online. i was 11 in it tho lolz and they asked me a couple qs haha as well as my future gf lol (who i am not bf with now but still friends with)

in the last bit they cut me off. basically i said both sides of the coin; i continued by saying it's not right to outright lie to customers and then not give them refunds, but i'm sure they didn't want to crap on the club too badly (although it deserved it)
