I know , the problem is that guy GTed. And that wasn't the only game where he did that. It's not fair for town, we lost because the game was unplayable...

Do you guys still refund games these days? Or at least inform the one who asks for a refund if he'll get one or not. And if not , why not.

That probably won't get refunded and I don't think they reply as to why unless you ask. They'll probably say that trolling/bad play doesn't warrant it because then it'd open up a lot of games to get potential refunding and that's a can of worms nobody wants opened.
