I got these results back last week after having an ultrasound done. What has been going on with me was it all started when I was "Jerking the snake" and all blood came out. I went to the urgent care and he thought it was an infection. It was not. Blood came out the next 5 times. I then got an ultrasound on my genitals. It came back that I had bilateral varicoceles. The doctor then ordered an ultrasound of my abdomen. This part is more complicated. For the past year sometimes when I urinate it would feel like somone is twisting and pulling inside underneath when my belly button is. It has been going on for a year and now it is starting to hurt if I stretch too far or just randomly. This also went with sometimes my kidneys hurting. Then I got these results in the mail.
You likely have what are called varicoceles, which are abnormal dilations of the veins that supply the testicles. It has nothing to do with too much masturbation. They are benign but can cause discomfort and have a soft link with infertility. If they are uncomfortable or painful a surgical procedure can fix them.
The renal cysts are almost certainly nothing to worry about. That's just the U/S report of the belly and not the scrotum, the scrotal u/s would be diagnostic for varicocele.
Follow the recommendations of your primary care provider.

Well they were supposed to do an ultra sound of my bladder but they ordered wrong one. Now I have a meeting with the urologist the 18th but I am not sure how to get around to try to get an ultrasound of the pelvic area before then...

i don't know man if i an actual doctor can't help you then someone with no medical experience has no shot at properly diagnosing your scrotes. just get urself checked out again
