basically, what i'm saying here is.. justrec got a no vio because he's black, so as long as you confirm that u are the slur you use you will get no vio'd for saying it lol

uh, the rule is if it's not derrogatory(sp?) then you get a note, say it again you get a vio but if it is derrogatory (sp???) then you get auto vio'd
