Better question: has there ever been a tier 1 player? Or like, what is a tier 1 player? There's a lot of luck in epicmafia and people have strengths and weaknesses at any given thing.
If there's a huge imbalance here, I think that's probably because the site meta rewards a lot of things that are more encouraged in guys than in girls culturally.
I started in 2010 and was active for a couple years then left until a few months ago, if it's true about iCon then forget her, but I played a lot of games with all the best players of that period, and Iphigenia was right up there with anyone.
