ya... not how that works. they likely got screwed out of a trophy, and yeah the person is mad. giving the benefit of the doubt and that the user really has no idea on whats going on, they were given no explanation over the matter either.

i don't expect an admin/mod to go the whole nine yards and message everyone affected, but at least give the kid a message after they start complaining over it in this thread with some sort of apology/explanation/blah blah

i don't really agree with waiting for them to cool off either, yeah it might have gone through one ear out the other but at least its an attempt and colombe could at least hopefully appreciate that later
