In my 2nd game in the lobby, i was part of a 9-1 vote to vote out Bgeas15. This really helped me develop as a player.

tl;dr vote Bgeas15 out in games to improve

When you enter the game with the intent to win, your focus needs to be entirely centered on making it to the end and getting jury votes.

New guys have a disadvantage of learning the physical/strategic/social game while (supposedly) trying to win, this splits their focus and often leads to some bad decisions.
