It's based on how the rule is written:

"Excessive insults against one or more persons/groups based on slurs/comments against race, sexual orientation, religion or other similar personal circumstances."

Calling someone trash/idiot would fall under "similar personal circumstances" but that doesn't appear to be the intent of the phrase. It seems as though it's more for disabilities, health issues, gender, identity, etc.

On the other hand, harassment seems to be targeted towards stuff like this, just run of the mill personal attacks:

"Making repeated/severe personal attacks toward or slandering another Epicmafia user when the user has shown the harasser that he is offended."

I would make it more explicit what falls under what, but like I said I am more than glad he is gone just reading that game.

lol this is pathetic. if you don't want your feelings hurt then don't play mafia. it's a game of emotion.

I mean, it definitely falls under harassment since HC seems to be targeted towards hate speech targeted towards groups (ex. persecuted minorities) while harassment is more targeting the individual. Not always mutually exclusive, but in this instance it appears to be the case.

I'm just glad he's gone because people like him are the worst part of the site.
