Okay guys, I'm gonna make this short and sweet.
There's a project I'm working on that I believe has the potential to blow Fantasy Survivor out of the water in terms of entertainment, as well as interest. The reason for this is, in Fantasy Survivor, I'm writing personas and actions for characters that ultimately have no impact on the story, since the sim treats every 'mastermind' or 'social butterfly' the same way.
For example, Macbeth and Nemesis are relatively evil, though the sim doesn't really allow for this to shine through in any of their decisions, so it causes a huge disconnect in how I write them and how they actually play.
The sim is usually a fun little side project but it's grown to such a project in terms of Characters, story, gameplay, that I'm making an executive decision to cut this off here.
This doesn't mean it's the end for fantasy survivor, I'm sure I'll get back to it someday, but the something I have planned for the future will allow me to craft fun characters and stories for you guys to experience and (hopefully) enjoy.
However, any future Fantasy Survivor's will have their effort budget downgraded in an attempt to have me actually be able to finish them without spending hours crafting what should be a pretty basic story.
I find it hard to find time to work on this when I have another idea I want to share, is what it really comes down to.
