is it possible to make comp setups and featured setups always stay at the top of the game list?

this is not my idea btw I just saw it somewhere and I thought it was great to have this feature.

btw it would be great to have a Suggestion/Request thread so people didn't have to make a new one every time. so someone make one plz.
