New Thing I am learning. Pretty excited about it. Learning from videos online. If anyone has any experience with this, please help me get better and also tell me if I am going in the right direction.

thats not me. And you dont need to be strong to be able to do this. ive seen small kids do better than me. and ive hurt a few parts while doing this.
