hey so my job is having me recruit entry level sales people in London and being in NY makes this exceptionally difficult. I had someone interview and they tanked with the team out there so I'm back to square one after a month long process to get to that point

Can anyone in London give me some tips where people look for jobs in the UK, how to better engage, etc?

I know some people use a website called gumtree.. but there is also 'job gov' (i dont actually know the name of the site i know you search that.)
