It was originally proposed that Zwink showed signs of cheating, role sharing, and was aware of intentional throwing. As a result, a pastebin was compiled and appealed. The verdict is that Zwink was not cheating or role sharing, and that it is likely that she was not aware of any other foul play.

However, because of the sheer volume of games played with other users playing in her favour, the trophy cannot be given to her main accounts.

She will be allowed to continue her run on Astound.

Not that it is anyone ones business, but I got called into work on an unnormal time frame compared to my normal schedule. I was still compliant with the time frame, appealed on time, and gave the odds any information they needed. Some things were brought up about people boosting my wins because people would hardly lynch me which I hadn't noticed was a big deal at the time, it was also found where people were throwing against me. Owl and I agreed TOGETHER that if that was the case I did NOT want the trophy. It was a mutual decision between the mods and I. Since none of those people had any thing to do with astound, and astound still did great and can Stoll potentially trophy, it was agreed upon that I could trophy attempt on that account under the circumstances that I don't play with friends to PROVE TO YOU PEOPLE that I don't cheat. Satisfied now? Owl can you please lock this thread now?

Well, do you have proof she was aware people were throwing for her? Otherwise, mods won't take an arbitrary decision. People who threw are getting the appropriate punishment.

The thing is, attempting to carry a friend to victory is not the same as putting their wincon above your own.


except most smart players can work out the difference between a player doing their best to carry you and putting your win condition above their own.

If you continually get townread for absolutely no reason, or you know you haven't done enough to get townread, then it's really easy to tell that you're being thrown for.

This decision was taken because there was no proof that Zwink cheated or roleshared, but there was proof that people played in her favor, putting her win condition above theirs - Though mods decided to believe she wasn't aware of this. Even if she wasn't aware of it, it makes her round on Zwink and Mollywop invalid. Her games on Astound seem clean, that's why she's allowed to run on that account with close monitoring on the rest of her run.

Like honestly you either have proof she cheated (In which case all alts get suspended). Or you do not have proof she cheated (In which case none of her alts should be suspended.)

This diplomatic/halfway punishment is a joke. BTW this isn't an opinion on the verdict as I haven't read it. The decision is just bizarre.
