I'm just curious as to you plan to be a good admin. I assume you have some kind of action plan to be better than your predecessor.
Just like new politicians do , will you be able to make us any promises of what you are going to strive to achieve. I mean to get this job you must have some bright ideas. What is going to be the same and what is going to be different under your reign?

Replacing some mods may be a good start, however this does not seem like an adequate plan of action to be an improvement or at least on the level of your predecessor.
