Okay point made, our new admin wont entertain the very players who she is meant to be administrating. Did I insult you? Or are you simply proving my point of over sensitivity.
I want to reiterate my initial post that all of you mods are great people and I don't doubt you are nice. I am not trying to insult you and I think if you understood me, thats the very point im trying to make here. Not everything is an insult.
^^ btw our good man JonSnow here, thats what we need more of around here. Light hearted banter between fellow mod and man.
Top Mod . JonSnow for admin. I mean er Lord Commander
You could say that for any report that we receive though. How many reports do you think we go through that are from people that actually think the other person was GTing?
Whilst I agree with it, I think people are too quick to abuse it. People are so eager to report if anything is remotely close to infringing rule breaking. I would imagine that a total of 10% of the reports filed are from users who are genuinely offended. This is my issue with it.
Someone report John for bypassing the forum censor. In all seriousness you can't really come and say "The English language is broad". I agree it is, however more often than not it's obvious when a player uses a word to insult another. Why would anyone be lenient towards a behavior that only creates discontent and drama.
Missing the point once again like a true overly self-righteous person. Its not about those specific words, once again where is the line drawn. What is a 'slur'. How many people does it have to offend to be not allowed.
Lets use an example, in the small country town of DUFFville theres a slang slur used agains all non pure blooded DUFFS. Its called a nonDUFFblood. ITs extremely offensive in this part of the world.
LOLOL how could you forget we are now infinite bb<3 And then we talked about how you were tired from work and i say i rub ur gepi feet then you just leave. My hands were just motionless no feet to massage it was saddening
I agree with the current way the "harshness" that HC violations are handled. There is no way to rate what slurs are above another, so it is better to do it as a blanket violation. I think that's why we've kept the first violation as a simple warning.
Ew, no one said that people could say either of those other ones. I don't think over the x months I've been moderating have I seen anyone been reported for those words.
