In my opinion, to encourage the mods to do their jobs lucid should just give them the following:
Show message read (It is SUPER SUPER SUPER Important IMO) + Some tokens, which they can gift or keep it for themselves.

Actually, they can't do nothing about ferhunde at the moment (because they're just moderators after all, and don't have that much control), they're just busy doing other things, which I cannot blame them for.

Give me a minute here.. Are you saying that the mods applied just to be popular and just have the star beside their name? Its a mod' duty to handle reports, otherwise they shouldn't have applied at all!
