How to add mods to lobby

A friend of mine recently created a lobby but they do not know how to add mods to it. I am trying to find out for them but i can't find anything. Any help please?

Visit the custom lobby, then go to someone's profile page. On the right side you should see the Lobby Controls with a bunch of check boxes; one of those boxes is "Make Moderator"
