Once you have the votes in place for a forced NL, the timer goes down to 1 minute. 1 unvote puts the timer back to what it was minus the amount of time you were in the one minute time state for
Switching votes (without ending the day through lynch--basically switching it while keeping it 2/2/1 split) will reset the timer to 1 minute
fozy extreme was my teammate
thanks, thats what i was wondering. I thought it ended once everyone voted. Thanks for clearing that up.
At one points the voting logs looked like this
Z4 votes CRI
EXT votes EXT
ROLL votes CRI
ESH votes EXT
CRIM votes Z4
Thats 2 votes on CRI, 2 votes on EXT, and 1 vote on Z4. No lynch was decided and there was still time on the clock. Day would not end. CRI had plenty of time to switch his vote to EXT and you guys would have won. Too bad.
The votes were split 2/2/1 amongst 5 people at the point of the game you're referring to
In order to force NL through split vote, the timer must run down, people must kick the required number of kicks, and the kick timer must fully expire. Changing votes while having the votes still split 2/2/1 would have reset the timer back to one minute too.
When votes are tied between two people: Z4 and Crimson, the day does not end until either:
One person gains the majority vote. (3 people vote for Z4 or Crimson).
Or NL gains the majority vote (forcing a nl).

it looks like there wasn't a majority vote on anyone
(in your post example)
votes were like this
extreme1 - Z4
Crimson - Z4
eshbd - Extreme1
Rolling - Crimson
Z4 - Crimson
it was orc so no guns.
Hi,
There are some possible events that would prevent the day from ending - some of these are:
There is a gun in play. Someone has a gun and did not fire it yet.
There is a special role that has a day-action after all votes are up: Jailer, Governor, Interrogator
