Mentor Time Logger

about 9 years

Ok, so I am heading this up on my own to see if I can get it to work for me personally. If it does then others can use it. I need your help though. I need an html copy and paste that works similar to a page counter. I doubt anything like this exists. Anyways, what it would do is ... log then amount of time spent on EM and when you were on via universal time. This way we can match up mentors and mentees better so that they might actually be on at the same time more often, since that has been the major problem with the Mentor program for a long time. I have only spent a little while looking for a program that might work, but I've learned over the years to just ask you the community to look for stuff like this since you all can find not only what I am looking for but find a better one. Anyways, my thoughts are, if it doesn't interfere with accounts and coding and can be coded to each account, the log would be helpful. If it is just something like a program that I could use on my computer that would be find too. I would like to know when I am on EM the most over a period of time so I can serve people better. Thanks for any help you can offer me.

What do you think?

MG, check if RescueTime (a program to install / use online) can help you.

It does tell you how long you're on any web / app on your pc, I don't know if it can be used to find out at what times and match the times of other players, but it could be a start...

I'm mafiagod, one of this site's mentors! I host the EM olympics and rot my synapses away by playing fancy pants and festering in the filth of my own posts

SO anyone have an idea of a current program that can do this?

Nice idea - however, that will probably require Lucid to relook his database, which means it's gonna take time. Honestly? I think that time can be spent better, however if it does come true, it should be optional imho. No reason to force it on people.

Honestly, I don't care if it is attached to accounts or not, I just want it for myself so I can be more helpful.
