Giga13. He reports people in games he did not play in. Then he self-mods those reports. Then if you report him he will force you to openly retract the report you made towards him. If you appeal a report he filed against you he even self-mods those too. No offense GrossDude but your buddy Lucid made a mistake in modding Giga13.
