"...My god, so this is what you were doing when you were away, Iris..."

"Yes, I had a feeling it wasn't over..."

"You're so fit!"

They chatted animatedly of their experiences during their separation. Suddenly, Max dwelled upon a thought.

"Why did Bob start to fight back now, after your training has been completed?"

Suddenly, Max had a splitting headache. He heard a voice announce in his head,

"Trust nobody but masked men and revived robots."

His headache subsided as he pondered upon these words.

"...you okay Max? Are you okay?"

Max found himself on the ground. He stood up, dusting his pants.

"I'm fine... We have to stop Bob"

Max heard his head nurse, vera struggles "let go of me!"

One of the robots points a laser gun at vera when a sheild,out of nowhere, fkew and sliced at the robot arms. The sheld came back to the hands of the mask men!

"Jake...." robot max growls " robots! Destroy him!!"

The robots revials what looks like a small gun. But the masked men know it was.

Max watch the masked men looks at the light. Then it turned off. The hostile robot attempts to harm the hostsge by now. But sudelly they were electracuted

"Run!" They heard the masked men yelled.

Max follows his orders. He heps them out but the door closed in front of them

" think you can escape that easily?" robot max said

The masked men hold max's hand. "Grab the others"

Max follows and grabs vera hands. Confused, vera grabs the others and it kept going.

Robot max revials a missle and shoots just as the mask men snaps his fingers,transporting them.

" no!" Robot max yelled. But he remain calm. He has another plan. Kill jake.

The were in the woods.

"You may let go now" the masked men said. He sit down, dizzy.

Max looks around for iris in one of the group. Butvshe is nowhere to be find. He aproches the masked men and whispers " jake. Where is iris"

"Safe" he said " follow me max"
They went to a part of the woods where it was private. The masked men umasked himself.

"Thank god your okay max" iris said to a shocked max.

"Something bad is going to happen." Max's voice trembled. "It's going to happen very soon. But I have to tell you one thing before it becomes too chaotic."

"What is it?"

"I lo-"

What seemed to be a meteor crashed onto the party. Everyone was thrown back from the crash site, slightly burnt from the impact.

A figure seemed to be rising from the centre. It was robot Max. The robot smiled and said,

"I love you Iris."

A powerful psychic force was ejected from the palm of his hand, towards Iris' neck.

"No!"

Max shot psychic beams with his own hands, deflecting the shot just a hair's breadth away from the neck.

Police robots arrived at the chaotic scene in helicopters as both Maxes fought using their intense psychic energy between them.

" Arrest the criminal!" One shouted in their loudspeaker as they flew in.

Suddenly, the helicopters were shot down. Robots were rushing onto the scene, armed with dangerous weapons. They were clearly not the police force.

Robot Max smiled, "You think I'm using my full power?"

Max realised the opposing psychic force was growing stronger. He quickly leapt away. His innate abilities were yet still developing.

Giant, laser-like marks dented the concrete ground. Most of the civilians had already exited the scene, but some were being held hostage by the hostile robots.

*8 months later*

Max sighs. He wished irirs was here. He remembers when iris had to say goodbye to him. He was confused of why, but iris gave him a gentle smile and said "i'll come back. I promise" than...she kissed him.

Her kiss was gentle and sweet. He just wish he could tell her how he feels.

"20 more secounds untill 2016!"  A nurse yelled. They were at a special hospital party. Max looks at the night sky.

"10.....9....8....7...6..5..4.."

"3....2...1! Happy new year max!!!" A famillier voice said. He turned around.

It was iris wearing a long elegent dress. Her hairstyle was uniqe.

" i-iris" max hugs her. She happy giggled and lets go "i missed you"

"I missed you too max" she says holding his hand.

" iris....i need to tell you somthing."

She looks at him "what is it?"

"Breaking news. The buckteeth labatory has been destroyed. but the artificial intelligence changed to a more healthcare. A spokesperson has told us that a new project in underway. All we know is that the title is 'project sule' im jennet parsh and that is our breaking news"

Jake was healing back in the base" iris..."

"Shh...you should rest" iris said to her brother.

He looks at the roof" i wanted to say thank you, for saving me".

"I didnt want to lose you jake..." she smiles and hugs him "thank you as well."

Jake hugs her back. They were enjoting this tender moment.

She lets go "can i ask you somthing?" She ask

"Anything sis"

"May i be trained and passed the title to be the masked man?"

"No iris! Its too dangerous! " jake said.

"I know...thats why i want you to train me. I had a feeling that it isnt over"

"You too eh? I tought i was the only one" jake said sitting up "but that means you  cant see max for a little while. Will you risk that?"

She thinks about it "if it means protecting max...than yes"

"Max. " clare said aproaching him " i spoke to your dad. He is relieved to hear that your safe"

"Thanks detective" max said smiling.

" by the way. Would you like to learn about self defense.  I can teach you a thing or two."

"Sure. "

"Alright." She gives him a buisness card " heres my adress and contact if your ready."

In the heart of Emnopolis' underground, Two robots, made for utter destruction, woke up.

"Welcome, Max and Bob." robots bowed down to their masters.

Robot Max was in phase 4 of 4, the most dangerous phase. He was a walking nuclear bomb with supernatural powers.

Bob was in his final form. He contained all the latest weaponry and had a skin of impenetrable diamond armour.

Bob grinned, "We are unstoppable."

As they faced each other, untouched by the burning inferno around them, an system message was heard.

"Upload complete" a robotic voice said.

As soon as the message was said, Bob grinned,
"Ah, good...Iris, I hope we don't see each other again."

Bob rushed at Iris and revealed a bomb. Iris screamed.

Max and Clare hurried towards the underground factory. Robots and survivors laid with Jake outside the room looking at the catastrophic scene at a distance. Jake's head was bowed down with a look of humility and defeat.

"I...couldn't protect Iris..."

As the explosion occurred inside the underground factory.

Max screamed. They sprinted towards the building. Robot Clare sent the door and blocking debris flying open. Before him, he saw a robot in front of Iris, half-melted.

It collapsed. Iris cried,

"N-Noah!"

"dz--zd-zdd-dddon't---worry...zsz...it was all done...zdddzzdzddddd...because zzzzzzddd..." Noah's melted eyes flashed. "...I looovvvveeeeeee yyyyooooouuuuuuu..."

Slowly, he shut down, no longer able to function.

Clare rushed to Iris' side and took out the hard drive in Noah's head.

"Keep this, we can make him again. Quick we must get out."

Nodding, Iris wiped away the tears. They hurried to the exit.

"I am still functioning because I am still being powered by another lab. It is Bob's back-up lab." robot Clare stated as they reached a safe distance. The worried Jake was too busy hugging Iris to care. Max had a question to ask.

"How did Noah get to Iris? I thought we'd left him behind with the guests."

"He must have repaired himself and found Iris just in time."

One of the guests spoke up, "Well, thanks to Noah's valiant sacrifice, Bob's taken out, so the world's safe, right?"

"That is undetermined."

"Dammit!" Bob growls as the robot turns againts him.

But...somthing changed. He became to laugh more maniacal. He revials a botton and pressed it, turring off the robots of that area.

"Jake....come out and fight me" he challeged

Jake wait untill his back was turn. Than he appears. But bob quickly sense his presence and dodge his attack.

They started to fight. Iris. Watching. Watching the attack. Decided to help her brother.

She snuck out and look for a weapon. She remember a flamethrower one of the robot have. She sees only one.

Jake was getting close to finish him. But a sharp pain came trough his stomach. He fell down coughing, feeling the blood into his mouth

Bob points his sword at his neck. Thats when he saw iris with the flametrower behind bob. He starts to laugh weakly

"Whats so funny? You lost " bob sneered

" no..." iris said. She trows the flame thrower right at him. A bright flash happen

Iris rushed to jake and carries him. She runs to the exit as a fire happens. The place starts to fall apart. She was near when someone grabbed her legs. It was a burnt and disfigured bob. The door was about to be block and jake was getting weaker.

She throws bob outside as the debris blocks the door. It was her fight now

"I brought him bob" robot clare said

Bob laughs " good." The robots straps him in the chair. "Your new memories wil make you forget about iris...your familly. Your life. Your going to work for me now. "

Max didnt respond. His eyes was closing

"Say goodbye to your memories" bob said before leaving

"Hiyoshina mikinana" iris spoke. The lights turn on. There were computer screens all around the inside. She goes into one of the computer and sees max, uncousus. She presses the bottons to command the robots.

Max felt better. He can move again. Warm fingers were on his head.

He sits up to became face to face with robot clare!

" you are okay now max" she spoke in a more smooth tone. She helps him up "Mother dove has fixed us"

Max shows a look of confusion " thank you" he decided. "Can you help me find my friends?"

Her eyes changed to blue. Metellic sounds can be heard " your friends are alive..but danger is near. I sense some chemicals..."

Max has a bad feeling of what bob is up to .

"Last robot is now fixed" iris said. She shut down the machines.

"Destroy than " she heard bob's voice from outside.

"Commened denied "replied the iris robot " i must detain you sir. "

Moments later, Clare was no longer bleeding.

"Get behind the door, it's the safest area that the robots will not be able to enter. I've just installed some turrets at the room. They have been shooting any intruding robots. Everyone in there has been given medication for any poison. They won't die today."

"...Thank you. I will go there now."

"Come, Iris, lets get to the mainframe computer."

The computer was a huge model of Bob's head. Robots guarded every side, armed with a vast array of guns.

A marble was thrown into the area, which was immediately incinerated by the nearby robot with a flamethrower.

"I can deal with the robots, you go straight to the computer and do what you have to do."

Jake disappeared. Seconds later, huge trucks were thrown near the mainframe computer, separating all the robots from the computer. Iris could hear the death cries of dying robots left and right as she dashed into the fray, jumping over broken robot parts.

Then, she arrived at the mainframe computer. Bob's head's mouth was open. She went in. Immediately, the mouth closed. Then, a noise rumbled from the dark.

"Password?"

As Max and Clare hid behind the machine, Clare began to speak.

"Ok here's the idea."

"Wha-"

Max felt a sharp pain. Dizzy, he fell down, lying on the floor. He looked down. There was a needle sticking in his wrist.

"...Why?"

Max's vision blurred as he uttered the words. As his vision slowly faded, he saw Clare's tearful face staring at him.

"I did love you, Max...but I'm a complete, perfect human robot. Nothing can disable me. All you can do is destroy me. The human Clare's not here anymore...She's here in this factory...but she's probably dead...Those guests behind the door are probably the last survivors."

Max did not speak. He could not speak. His consciousness was rapidly fading like the last trickles of sand falling to the bottom of the hour glass.

"This is merely an anaesthetic. You'll be brought to Bob so your new memories will be uploaded onto your perfect form and we'll know who Jake the masked man well and truly is."

Iris returned to the promised meeting spot. Max and Clare were not there. She panicked.

"...Hey..." a figure revealed itself from behind a crate.

It was Clare, bleeding from numerous hastily patched up wounds.

"Hey... They've gone to Bob... Max and the robot Clare..."

"Oh no...Clare! What happened to you?" Iris came over, worried.

"I-it's nothing. The mission's important. You must stop the robots! Maybe if the mainframe computer's stopped, Max will be saved by the robot me."

"Where's the mainframe computer?"

"Go to the centre of the factory. It's a trap though. Robots are everywhere."

"Don't worry, I will protect her." Jake appeared in front of them, "You did well, Clare, but you are wounded. Let me patch you up."

Meanwhile iris looks around "does anyone know how to shot down the robots "

"I...do.." a weak voice was heard. Iris follows it. A person with Asian decent was lying on the wall, he was wheezing loudly "i...can...fix it young lady. Sit for a bit..."

She sits down.

"My name is miyoko sule. Years ago...i wanted to build a robot to heal people, help those who are coping. I show this idea to my student..bob. we both build our first robot and named her olivia..but she changed..she torment my patient...all because of bob. I....i had to destroy her. But bob, he kept making more and more" he leans closer"listen to me...i near dying because bob posioned me. There is a way to pernametly turn those tobot good! To help people with depression. Will you change than?"

Iris tought about it. She tought of her father suffering PST for when he was at the war. She tought of her heart condition.

"Yes mr sule. I will help you" iris said with a smile

"Oh thank you..." mr sule said. "I can truly pass away in peace. Here is how you change them"

It was a factory room. They hear the pained cry of another victem.

"Quick!" Iris whisperes while pointing at a blind spot. They hid there and looks around.

The robots operates the machine. The screaming died down as the fire started.

"Max, think you can disable the robots again?" Clare ask.

Max checks on the EMP remote. " um..its glitching out for some reason.."

"Maybe theres a way to shur down the robots" iris replied.

" a way? " clara asked

"Well....usually in the sci fi movies theres a computer that controll those robots.Im not wntirely shure if its true, but its worth a shot"

"Does anyone know how to hack?" Max asked the group.

They all nod no. Than iris mind light up. The robot looks in their direction. Luckily they ducked

"Maybe one of the guest knows " iris whispers. "Let me check"

"Iris...be careful" max said

Iris smiles " i will max" and she kissed him on the cheeks before sneeking back into the pillow room

Max blushes. But clare snaps her fingers " earth to max, i have a idea on how to disable the robots without the emp"

The machines exploded. Iris woke up to see Max holding up a disabled Noah. Clare was in front of her, a shot up robot Bob lay in tatters. They heard the noises of robots waking up and smashing through the room walls to room 284.

"Looks like we have to go deeper into the lab." Max said.

However, just as they were about to move from the room, a huge hole opened below their feet, dropping them into the dark abyss. Robots leaped in after them, with murderous expressions.

They dived towards them, their knife-like fingers aimed for their throats. Suddenly,

"Don't worry, they won't be able to get you" Jake whispered into their ears like a ghost. He disappeared upwards.

They landed on a pillowed floor and saw a group of guests that had entered the party earlier. They were shivering in fear.

"D-don't go there or you'll d-die" one man stuttered, pointing at the door, the only exit in the fluffy room. The door was painted with nine words.

"Buckteeth... The Bucket... for the kicks... kick the bucket" Max pieced the words together, realising the meaning behind them. The mansion was a slaughterhouse designed for humans.

There were the shrill screams of robots from above, yet the group of guests remained where they were.

Determined to put an end to Bob's murder spree, they went through the door.

They both smash trough the door. They saw noah on the ground

"He.....took.....her..." noah said "i cant...move. they went that way " he points to a hallway.

They heard a crackle on clare's walkie talkie.

"What are you going to do with me" they heard ill voice. It was iris!

" well my dear..your going to be my AI and a killing machine...just imagine max begging for mercy as you hurt him"

"No....no.."

"And your parents...pleading for help..but you just cant.."

"It ...wont...happen" iris says. Max grips his hands and looks at each room.

" it will iris " his voice became soft" just sleep. Let your nightmare fuel the machine'

Her voice became weaker and weaker."max....max...ma...ro....om....2...8...4" she stops talking

Max sherches for room 284 with clare.

In her dream. She tought of max....she tought of everything that had happen. She tought of what bob will do to her...she tought of all the love her friends...and familly...and max gave her.

"No! I wont let him wim" she felt determin to fight her nightmares. If her fear can fuel his machines...than her strength can weaken them!!

She aproach the car crash.

Max and clare founds themself in a labyrinth, room after room. He noticed the unconscious robots were in some rooms with wires on their system.

" what are you thinking,max?" she asked .

" im not sure if its true or not but...i think this is the buckteeth lab!"

They heard a sound. They follow the sound. Which leads to locked room.

" the game is up bob" noah said rushing to him. But bob dodges just in time .

Iris coulnt see very well. Her vision was very blurry when her eyes slightly open

Bob waits for noah to rush at him, which he did. Than bob jabs a needle right at his knees

Noah imediatly fell down.

" well well....your luck has fallen " bob said as he aproaches noah with a sharp dagger "the thing is...jake and the others wont find you."

Iris stands slowly. Her heart beating faster than normal,her chest in pain. She has to save noah!

"Any last words before your under my controll again?" He raised the dagger

Iris inch closer. Feeling weak at eatch step

"Y-yes....you wont win "

Iris tackles bob down, missing the critical injury at noah

Iris reach for the needle. But noah trows her aside. He grabs her by the arm " noah noah noah.....your not of use anymore..but iris...."

Iris stuggles to escape. She pressed a small button on her pocket for the others to hear

Bob drags her to a private room.

"Hey, it's quiet." Max whispered. The calm music and light chatter had stopped. People were staring at them. Bob's laugh echoed through the spacious, modernised ballroom.

"They're robots! Quick to the door!" Max yelled.

"No! No!" Clare swore. She snapped into the radio "Back-up!"

Clare valiantly fought the rush of the crowd with her gun in futile. The numbers were endless. Max brought out a remote pressed the red button. The emergency EMP proved effective in shutting down all the robots, who stayed motionless at the stop like statues.

"Quick! It only lasts once and We only have one minute!"

They sprinted for the door where Iris had gone through.

Iris was led through a maze of rooms, all equally furnished with a set of robotic equipment, maddeningly polished and shiny.

Finally, they reached their destination. Iris gasped, half in awe and half in horror.

"This...this is the Buckteeth Lab..." Iris said in surprise and wonder, staring around the finely designed equipment.

"Yes. Yes it is." Bob grinned as Iris felt pangs of dizziness.

"W-You gassed me!" Iris shrieked before falling down, unconscious. The last thing she saw was Noah smashing through the door.

"Ah... Interesting..." Bob murmured. After a while, he spoke again,

"Come with me, I want to show you something interesting."

Iris hesitated briefly. Following Bob would show her some important information, but did Bob know who she is? No matter what, she needed information to stop him.

"Yes, what is it?"

"Come through this way"

Bob led her through a doorway on the opposite end to the entrance.

A small, quiet voice was whispering to Max at the back of his head. Something was indeed very wrong. He remembered the voice back from when his prophetic dreaming ability showed itself during an illness that almost took his life.

"Behind you." the two words uttered made him look back.

Bob was alone again, dancing with another woman. Another Bob? Where did Iris go?

"Where's Iris?" Max asked Clare.

"Iris?" Clare looked around, "Oh no."

"Be right back, handsome. I will get us some drinks." She announced out loud.

Max waited against the wall until Clare arrived with some punch.

"We're looking but it all seems fine." Clare muttered.

Suddenly, the radio in her left pocket crackled.

"There's something going o- ugh!" the radio fell silent, as though it were dead. Then the voice crackled again.

"Everything is fine." the same voice on the other end reassured.

"Where did that come from?" Max asked.

"Opposite end to the entrance." Clare replied.

Immediately, Max strode off towards the door with Clare being tugged along.

"The operation's compromised. Call it off." Max said.

"Retreat. Mission has be compromised." Clare briskly ordered. Silence replied back.

Clar holds his hamds and dance with him, it was the waltz "look to your right" she says.

He turns and sees iris dacing with a masked men. Her hand signles a sighn of nervousness.

" is that...." max starts but she imediatly nods

" yes, its bob. But dontvyou think its too easy "

He thinks about it " now that you nention it. It foes appear to sound odd. What do we do?

"Is everything ok miss?" Bob asked

Iris sighs "i just...havnt danced for a while, especially with a stranger "

"Ah, i understand. What is it like in canada?" He asked

" well..its chilly most of the time. But we are really friendly. The most exciting thing that happened so far on canada is a exotic animal"

He seems interested. "Exotic?"

"It hasnt been released to the public yet..but i'll tell you. Our scientist have discover microbugs that can cure lung cancer!"

Max donned his mask as he approached the guards. The masked giants in tuxedos towered over him, being at least 2 metres higher than him.

The one to the left grunted, "Name."

"Gents, I'm Austin Com. I have published my book called 'Intricacies of the Human Mind'. Do buy a copy and have a read when you-"

"Pass code."

"...For the kicks."

The guards remained emotionless as they led him into the mansion. When Max arrived to the party, the doors shut behind him. As soon as that occurred, he was immediately dragged away by a black masked female with wavy hair.

"Wha-"

"It's me." the woman whispered urgently. He realised it was Detective Clare.

"There's something wrong. But nothing appears to be wrong." she whispered urgently, "we'll dance while we talk."

The preparations were almost completed. Max, in his disguise, wore a nice auite with blond hair. He looks at his fake id "Austin com?"

"Your a new author" noah states

"Huh...interesting" max says honestly

"Hello there boys" iris enters. Max became speechess. Irirs was walking normal, but her hair also changed to a pixie cut " wow iris your.....beutiful"

She smiles " thank you"

max was curious" how are you walking so..normal"

"With my help" jake said entering " i put some clear electroid chips on her legs so she can walk for 24 hours...once the chips died...she has to walk back to her slow pace"

"That sounds brilliant " max says grimmimg "so iris..who are you?"

She clears her troat " i am Branda Klos of the Canadian star. What are you ,eh?"

Max starts to laugh "just call me austin miss"

Noah cuts in "are you two ready" they nod "good. Iris. You go first, max goes next in 5 minutes"

"Aye aye captain" iris said

Iris aproches the gaurds "good evning. Im branda klos from the canadian star""pass code..." the gaurd ask

" oh right. 'For the kicks'" she answers with a smiles

The gards let her in. She was amazing. There was alot of people socializing and dancing. She starts to go to the dessarts table when a man in a maskerade mask aproaches her

"what brings a dashing lady like yourself to this elegant party" the man asked in a britesh accent. But iris reconize him as bob!

She remains calm "im here to learn about the ocasion and the mysteryous host"

"Are you a journalist" bob asked

"Yes i am" iris smiles slightly

Bob lends a hand "come. Dance with me"

"Very romantic. I will have you know, robots don't have feelings." Noah stated.

Both Max and Iris let go of their hands.

"...I think AI can feel...if they wanted to," Iris began.

"Yeah..." Max agreed.

There was a pause.

"Come on. We have to prepare for the infiltration." Noah announced.

" i.....have a crush....on you..max"

Max rises his eyes "y-you do"

She nods shyly" i should go see jake" he was about to leave but max holds her hands.
"Wait...you dont have to hide your feelings"

Iris looks at him "you are such an amazing person...you always protected me. But i want to gaurd you as well. I want to be with you..and..take care of you also. Ever since the accident...you helped me cope and i...love you"

"Wow iris...i-"

"Okay you two, whats going on " noah enters to see max and iris holding hands.

The awkwardness came back.

"What is it?"

"I-"

"What's taking you so long to drink water?" Noah's voice reached them from the other room.

Instead of leaving the kitchen, they stared at each other for a while, Iris fidgeting.

"Well..." iris began to speak

Max tought of somthing to ask in this tense akwardness "do you dance?"

"What?" Iris asked turning to him

"Do you dance?" He repeated

"Well....i have, i cant say im a good dancer"

Max lends a hands"wpuld you like to dance with me?" Iris ponders and takes his hands. They move around to the invisible music.

Iris starts to smile.

She begins  to hum a famillier tune. While max gave her a twirl." Do you know this song? Its a jazzy song called with a wink and a smile"

"From sleepless in seattle?" He asked

"Yes! Do you like the movie"

"I love that movie!" He gave her a dip and catch her.

She laughed "your such a great dancer" she felt better after that terrifying nightmare. She  looks at him, deciding on what to say. "Max, theres somthing i always want to tell you, but i've been nervous to say"
