password reset works exactly how it should there's nothing to fix the admin was just social engineered its not a problem with the site

Two step verification process needs to happen tbh. Not sure if there's a thing like it in place already but it's pretty pathetic how easy it is to get into people's accounts if people aren't savvy on the Internet.
