despite having fond memories and being pretty impressionable as a 15 year old kid, i ran out of steam pretty quickly (and started playing ranked mafia games) and find people who continue to roleplay and have roleplayer-group chats such like into adulthood the weirdest
i'm always hyper-critical about [anime] roleplaying as a whole now. i always think you have to be a weirdo to do it, especially in situations where there's no outside plot. at least in our scenarios it was always "these wacky characters are trying to find who among them are secret killers or hide as the secret killers

ya i do. hey no offense, everything is weird. just when ur trying to put urself in other people's shoes and it's like...uhhh lol
before anon decks, open setups or split lobbies, we hosted password games with our themed homestuck accounts, only ever roleplaying our favourite characters in setups with no blues and disallowed massclaims
