Suggestion about Reports

I think there should be an auto mail sent when a report is closed to both parties like, "Your report has been processed. You can see it here:"

Because a lot of times we close a report that may be legit because it's misfiled, but the vio needs to be applied but the person reporting never cares to check if the report was processed.

No because it would flood my sent inbox, also it's the reporter's problem to check on it, not that of the moderators to tell them. Dozens of reports are filed a day; it's just an extra unnecessary step

why don't you just not be lazy and check the game anyway then refile it yourself, that's what a good mod would do
