Buy a cheap desktop.

If you really want a laptop, get a refurbished Dell/HP or pay a bit extra for a refurbished Macbook.

Games on laptops are bad though, why would you do that?

getting a: AMD, Nvidia, or Intel makes you an idiot tbh

as you'd expect, that means it comes with an AMD processer as well

if two laptops are of similar price and specs, except one actually has an AMD graphics card instead of integrated intel HD, would it be superior? i know nvidea > amd but does amd > integrated or nah

I bought one of these a few months ago and I would really recommend it for your budget. The product is sold out right now for good reason, and should be back soon. It runs games like Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Saints Row IV etc etc with little to no difficulty. It's very lightweight and easy to use and is basically the best "I'm on a budget" laptop I've seen.

this one looks good if u wanna do gaming and i'd recommend installing an SSD for a neat performance boost

For standard games you wouldn't need an SSD with those specs.

there's games with horrible loading screens

depends on what games u play too. u might wanna look into something that has a decent graphics card, i.e. not Intel HD like mine.

I've had a lower-end Thinkpad since 2010 and never once had a problem with it. It's super easy to upgrade too, so you can buy the cheapest build option and just stick your own RAM/hard drive in like I did and end up with quite the little beasty.
