I'm doing a 3 week training program. (I train every day of my life.. but this time ignoring fun for training.)
I think the main things are my brain, my body and my soul. So to speak. Currently i'm thinking
Chess - for logic
Go - for logic and general planning/strategy/creative reasoning
Khan Academy- Mathematics and Science for fundamental wisdom
Meditation - for focus and clarity
Working out - for energy and physical strength
What else should I include in my 3 week training program? Please, all ideas are welcome. I want to get better at everything I do. I'm really REALLY sick of losing.
Books to read: Art of War, This book will make you smarter and a book on business I can't remember the name of rn.

Art of War is overrated. Read The Meditations of Marcus Aurelius.

how did they let that movie in cinemas i don't even know
-music-harmony is important, especially if you're a natural, it will speed up your general common sense/results from effort
-video games help, not a lot obviously but you know- starcraft 2 one of the hardest games out there
-mindset, figure out sleep schedules, activities, people that you interact with that discipline you, figure out these things that effect your mind set and manipulate your daily actions to put yourself in the right mindset that gets results that you want, once you get into the habit, it'll be easy to get back into
-I'd say the only necessary thing on your list is working out, and try not to do it brainlessly, if you aren't reluctant to do it, it isn't helping
it's literally a scientific fact that believing in urself will make u awesome

and everyone should work out too, because there probably isn't any better way of training urself to build urself in general. studying takes years to pay off and in that time people might decide that putting effort into themselves is pointless. working out gives u pretty much instant, enjoyable results.
music, movies etc. are hugely tied to meditation, and so on, and so on. ur engaging in it every day, like all the time

and meditation can even make u stupid. ever hear of kids who’ve been called stupid by teachers or whatever actually becoming more stupid? the mechanics behind that are equal to those in meditation too, just being operated in a negative fashion. or there’s even argument there that it can make u way smarter, or at least i think so. i mean considering everything i’ve said so far (all of which is pretty obvious truth, btw.), wouldn’t it be interesting to learn that jews actually have the highest average iq in the world? no, it’s not asians. looks like intelligence might be more tied to outlook that race/genetics. and then think about the current shape of things that black people have to deal with. are we not possibly just dreaming up a whole load of differences between us? there is some serious depth in meditation dudes. but hey, don’t bother with it if u want. it’ll probs suck pretty hard when u wind up with that form of tourette’s where u can’t help but shout obscenities every ten seconds tho. where do u think that sort of stuff comes from? that’s not any sort of evolved disease. that’s a straight up mind virus having taken over. u built that, not anything else. best of luck dudes.

u know, meditation, tho it’s often undersold, is probably the most important item u have on that list by far. it’s not just focus and clarity, and it’s not just hippy stoner rubbish; instead, it’s at the very bottom what makes u who u are. simply put, there are meditative elements in pretty much everything and you’ve probably been taking them for granted all ur life. saying a short prayer in the morning for example calls into operation a state of being, a way of looking at things, reacting to things, doing things, a pretty much absolute essence for just a few words. or u know how it’s said that smiling will actually make u happy? well, it does, and that’s essentially equal to meditation too, the act of smiling and the state of being happy so deeply connected that to be with one of them almost necessitates being with the other also. or even masturbation and sex will completely take over ur life if ur not careful, and in fact those two are what u have to be most careful of, because they can really fcking (pls excuse, too funny to leave out) easily create u as an actual force exerted upon the world, being that they’re pretty much the first stop in putting thoughts to something actually physical.
Art of War isn't perfect, but it helps in general.
This book will make you smarter SOUNDS silly, but it's actually just a collection of scientific research documents. It's often things like evolution, or ways to broaden your thinking. It's not a silly kids book.

Yeah, i'll incorporate all of them into my daily schedule afterwards. I'm just starting college soon and want to focus on the most important things right now, then just continue the rest over the course of my life in general. I already study 4 nights a week, and meditate when I can, but i'm trying to focus a little bit more right now.
