That's the problem, you can't have justice if you aren't willing to be independent and objective. Those two words are the pillars on which justice must stand.
Yes, you are right in what you say, but no you are not mod-worthy on this site, unless you accept that this whole mod-theater is just here for those who are connected to get what they want and suppress those who are excluded.
I appreciate you taking a second look at my report, and I somewhat belief you are more unbiased then the other two mods, but in the end you're still wrong. I've reported players for obvious, quite probably the same mistake I made, and I've heard that it was bad-play, or a mistake, because for gamethrow there has to be intent.
Why on earth then is this gamethrow and not in those other cases? Bad play is not equal to gamethrow by all means and there is nothing to support the assumption that I intentionally threw the game, because I simply wasn't.
So I get a note instead of a vio, but what's even the difference, I am still suspended...
In the end it's still wrong, I am even pretty sure that Jaleb wouldn't mind the OT because he beliefs me, as long as he gets his heart back. And he shouldn't be a mod, because he didn't report an obvious GT in the game before he was in. If he is here to ensure everyone plays by the rules and dole out punishment to those who break it, the very least he could do is pay attention to when it happens right under his nose even if it's not against his own benefits.
