We should have people take a survey of interesting topics that people like. Ex) Music and Entertainment, Sports, Arts and Craft, Science, Books... After they take the survey in a certain section, we can match them with people that have similar or same opinions on the subject.

Also we can create a group chat lobby where people can talk about their interests. There could be multiple chats going on where an unlimited amount of people can join. Once everyone leaves that certain topic, it is gone. When people want to start the topic back again, they can just create a new one.
