no, I actually have one of those new led tattoos so I can just make a few ???'s on my forehead via the cybernetic brain interface. Back when things were analog, I did just used to carry a pocket full of cards with ? drawn on them that I would throw out by the handful every time I asked a question.

I actually use multiple question marks when I make a sentence IRL. It's just the way it works for me.
