This is a guide about how I prepare my mind for a ranked match and why I do what I do. First I will explain why I do what I do.

Because of this, I have to use special methods to keep it from breaking while I play the game. Even these methods might seem like I have no self control when I begin insulting everyone in the game. Truth is, I am in more control over myself and am not getting hurt by other people being ignorant, as I normally would. This is why I have to prepare myself for playing ranked games.
Remember, when you play a ranked game, you shouldn't feel bad if you lose because it is just a game. You shouldn't feel bad if other people attack you over a game because they are upset that they lost in a game. These people have huge egos that are so big, that they cannot see themselves through the ego. Here is what you do in a step by step process.

By doing this exercise, you are activating a part of your brain that greatly increases your ability to put up with , as well as become more aware when you are dreaming, and other things that all the monks spend their whole lives practicing to do or perfect.
What happens is when you do this, you will begin feeling some small pressure in your head, but, not because you are concentrating physically. The concentration has to be purely mental. Don't stress your eyes while you do this because you need to do it mentally, not physically. You will eventually feel a sensation of a tingle in your head. It might not take long, but, when you do, you might get scared and want to stop, however, don't. Accept the tingle and let the tingle get bigger inside of your head.
