Featured Games in Lobby(ies)

I am just interested how the mods decide what games to feature in main lobby/sandbox lobby. Is there a specific pattern or something? It looks as if some nice games like ghost hasn't been featured for a long time...

Sometimes it's really difficult to start games in games lobby :(
