"Straw poll" for "should blister be allowed to trophy"

Argument for: None of his punishments had trophy-blocking as a punishment (he never cheated and he didn't break any rules this round). He played well enough to earn a trophy and that's independent of his punishment.

Argument against: He should still be banned right now, and mod leniency is the only reason he's able to play. Being able to trophy is a step beyond that. He's taking the trophy that someone else would have got if there had been no leash.

Unless we're overlooking an unbanned user who got blocked even though he never cheated, this case is unique compared to all the rest.

It doesn't matter if he should be banned right now; he is technically unbanned and we gave him the opportunity to play. He earned it. He never cheated and it wasn't part of his agreement that he couldn't win a trophy. We can't just add it to the list of things he can't do as he is about to win. I say we should definitely allow him to win.

Well the leash is an agreement; he, as an unbanned user, is entitled to enjoy the site as long as he remains unbanned on it; we can't take his trophy away.
