all the roles are activated

ok. i messed around with some stuff. he has to activate it himself if he wants to use it. you have to buy role slots in order to activate the roles. you can create as many as you like without activating but activation slots cost 10 tokens a pop and are in the buy page. then once he's done that (i'm sure the role has to fit some check boxes as it's made) you can then use your power to make it public
