My situation was different. I had been banned many months prior to when Devante was cheating with Shamzy, I was also unbanned many months later than Devante/Shamzy. In fact when the majority of the current users joined the site, I was still banned at the time.

Just the one time with prevail in the past 6 months. and one other time with weareking if we're talking about in the last year. Furthermore, rednose was unbanned on kenso when he had cheated many times in recent prior to that and his previous ban to that was also long after mine (he was banned on clarkson, I remember this because even then I was bypassing on an account named Uiara in Round 97) yet he was still unbanned and allowed to run. Moreover, when I was banned there was no "violation expired" and I was permanently site banned so I felt I had nothing to lose by causing havoc. I was also banned for 32 months (21 months more than you served), which is longer than any other user which is why my situation is different.
